READ Team Experiences Serving Refugees at KES

June 2, 2023 - While visiting Kremenchuk Evangelical Seminary during the READ Ministries 2023 spring trip, the Americans were present for one of the humanitarian aid events at KES. Several hundred were in attendance as the Gospel was shared by Steve Eckert, and translated by Volodya Degtyaryov. Afterward, those who were moved by the message, and thankful for the American guests signed a Ukrainian flag as a way of saying 'thank you'. Christian literature is always available for the refugees to choose from, along with receiving a food kit.

Steve said that it was very moving and an honor, to be able to participate in serving the refugees and explaining to them our hope in Jesus.
